Delivery and Returns
All orders, except Q Link, received before 2pm will be sent same day.
Delivery is always Royal Mail 1st class.
The shipping time excludes weekends and bank holidays when the order will be shipped at next working day.
Delivery for Q Link orders varies according to shipping method selected. All orders expected to be shipped with 2 working days of order receipt.
Orders within the EU shipping charges are the same as for UK so please purchase via PayPal as usual.
For shipping outside of the EU please contact me first to ascertain charges.
Returns
Aerobic Oxygen and Dermox require proof of purchase and must be returned within 7 days unopened.
Only the product price will be refunded and not postage unless the prouct was damaged or faulty.
Goji Berries are non returnable.
Q Link SRT products have a 90 day returns policy. This does not apply to chains. The packaging must be in original condition and the product unworn. Postage and packaging costs are non refundable.
All Q Link products have a 12 month warranty.
